In 2017, I set myself a simple goal:
Earn money.
I had no skills. No experience. And the career I was studying for led to a life I didn't want.
I wanted to earn far more than that career could offer.
Because then I could prove I was right to choose my own path.
That took me to software, then Web3.
Within two years, I went from my first engineering job to CTO. Two years later, I started my own development company and grew it to more than 25 people.
For eight years, I lived deep inside Web3, chasing that goal.
Then one day, after finishing our annual report, I closed my laptop and walked through the office, watching people work.
That's when it hit me: I reached it.
I had the money I had been trying to earn.
But almost immediately, I faced the new problem:
What do I do with it?
Because if I screw this up, those eight years were for nothing.
I looked around for someone whose path I wanted to follow.
I couldn't find one.
Everything I saw seemed to require the same thing again: more hard work, more risk, another business, another race.
I was disappointed.
Then one day, scrolling through YouTube, I found Ray Dalio's How the Economic Machine Works.
I watched it.
It was simple. It was logical.
It clicked instantly.
I went deeper.
Macroeconomics. Markets. Businesses. Risk. History.
I discovered Buffett. Druckenmiller. Pabrai. Templeton. Spier. And many others who had spent their lives getting exceptionally good at one thing:
Compounding capital.
This was different.
That became the new goal.
Red Crocodile is where I'm pursuing it.
I research businesses and markets, invest my own capital, and keep learning from every decision I make.
And along the way, I want to help people who reach the same point I did.
You worked hard for years.
You made the money.
Now comes the harder question:
How do you not screw it up?
How can we help
We research investments, analyze opportunities and risks, build the infrastructure around your capital, and help you decide where your money should — and shouldn't — go.
How we work
We combine traditional value investing with more than eight years of Web3 experience.
That helps us understand businesses, protocols, token economics, incentives, and market structure in places where traditional investors often lack context.
